Digital Treasury Specialist
To support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of the TMS (Treasury Management System) Kyriba, while driving digital initiatives to enhance efficiency, control, and reporting within the Treasury function. The role also contributes to the broader Treasury transformation program, including In-House Bank implementation, process automation, and system integration projects.
Responsibilities
Support technology solutions and digital initiatives for Group Treasury. • Assist with the implementation, optimization, and integration of the TMS (Treasury Management System), Kyriba, including In-House Bank functionalities. • Maintain and enhance Kyriba post-implementation—covering interfaces, cash forecasting, payments, reporting, and bank statement integration (CAMT.053). • Support system administration and ensure internal controls, role management, and testing processes are followed. • Facilitate onboarding and integration of complementary Treasury tools (e.g., SWIFT connectivity, Avallone, Finastra, 360T, Bloomberg). • Identify and support process automation opportunities using APIs, AI analytics, and advanced integrations. • Contribute to BI dashboard and data analytics development for enhanced Treasury reporting and KPI tracking. • Collaborate with IT, Finance, Tax, and Treasury teams to align business requirements with technical solutions.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field. • Must have minimum 5+ years in Treasury operations • Must have 1+ year hands-on experience with Kyriba. • Must have SAP ERP experience. • Must have SWIFT banking connectivity and statements/messages (inc. CAMT). • Good to have experience with Power BI • Strong understanding of end-to-end Treasury processes. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Certification such as Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) or Certificate in Treasury Fundamentals (CertTF) preferred.
