HR Services Hub Analyst I

This role ensures timely and accurate delivery of HR transactional services, resolving employee inquiries and managing requests through the ticketing system. It supports key HR processes including data maintenance, payroll and benefits activities, and global HR service delivery tasks to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.


Responsibilities

• Resolve employee inquiries through the ticketing system with timely follow-ups, closure, and minimal escalation.

• Maintain accurate employee data and support HR transactions across payroll, time, benefits, and global HR processes.

• Provide direct support via email and phone while ensuring a positive employee experience.

• Assist with HR process execution, documentation, compliance reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with HR teams to ensure standardized and aligned HR service delivery.

• Contribute to system updates, knowledge database maintenance, and support HR program rollouts as required.


 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• 3–4 years of total experience, including 1–2 years specifically in HR Operations.

• Hands-on experience with ERP-based HCM systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.

• Exposure to HR vendor processes (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, Pension) preferred.

• Experience working with ticketing tools is an added advantage.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office for data processing, uploads, reporting, and review.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
