IT Business Consultant FICO

This role primarily involves working with SAP technologies, focusing on the SAP Financial Accounting modules, including the new General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Tax, and Closing, within a global SAP system. There are also opportunities to broaden your responsibilities to include Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Management, and Banking. Additionally, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications, while delivering global IT business application services, including consulting, project management, and ongoing maintenance.


Responsibilities

•    Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction with our Finance solutions and applications.
•    Provide global application maintenance support, assisting users with all financial accounting modules on an international scale.
•    Take full ownership and responsibility for end-to-end processes. 

•    Manage and execute the Application Life Cycle process and roadmap within your area of responsibility, globally.
•    Lead or contribute as a subject matter expert in projects, taking on roles such as project lead or team lead.
•    Plan, develop, and implement adjustments and innovations within the global SAP environment.
•    Create functional specifications for development and manage the customization settings in SAP.


 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of SAP experience, with at least 5 years specializing in SAP Finance, particularly New General Ledger and Asset Accounting.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, Financial Supply Chain Management Receivables Management, SAP Real Estate Management (RE-FX), SAP Document and Reporting Compliance eDocument Cockpit, and SAP Profitability and Performance Management is a plus.
  • Strong background in financial management and IT project leadership.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proven consulting and project management expertise, with experience in international and multicultural environments.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results oriented.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to present well-supported, fact-based arguments.
  • Dedicated to staying current with the latest IT trends and technologies.
