Process Associate- Accounts Payable

As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will be in charge of providing efficient support for our internal and external customers. Your main responsibility will be processing of incoming invoices, monitoring open invoice reports and ensuring aged invoices are followed up on a timely basis. Additionally, you will have a great opportunity to establish positive relationships in a multicultural work environment and take part in projects and improvement initiatives.


Responsibilities

1) Processing and reviewing invoices in accordance with company procedures
2) Verifying appropriate approvals of invoices, investigate, resolve accounts payable issues
3) Assisting in various month end closing related works
4) Keeping organized environment in daily tasks
5) Follow established policies, procedures and methods to achieve metrics and targets
6) Deliver external/internal client satisfaction
7) Actively participate in the continuous improvement initiatives


 

Requirements

1) At least a Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance
2) Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in the Accounts Payable domain
3) Experience in Excel, Word and Outlook and SAP Accounts Payable
4) Strong motivation to work in a complex organization focused on result and KPIs - strong customer service skills
5) Proficiency in English
