Process Associate- Customer / Vendor master Data
This role primarily involves working with SAP technologies, focusing on the SAP Material Management module., within a global SAP system. Additionally, you will be help in collaboration of translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications, while delivering global IT business application services, including project management, and ongoing maintenance.
Responsibilities
• Maintain and manage the creation, maintenance, and deletion of Master data records(customer/ vendor master data) • Experience in customer / vendor master data within the chemical sector would be advantageous. • Support in data governance processes • Ensure that data accuracy and completeness is maintained across multiple systems • Maintain documentation for Master data management processes • Identify improvement opportunities through automation and lean initiatives • Effective collaboration with GPE and contribute in projects • Generate regular reports on data quality and process performance • Maintain dashboards for monitoring data health • Build relationships with key stakeholders across the organization • Participate in cross-functional meetings
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• 1 or 2 years of experience in master data management
• Knowledge SAP MM, FI and SD modules would be an advantage.
