Project Manager
The purpose of this role is to act as a Project Manager, leading and delivering cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects across the organization. It ensures disciplined project execution, effective stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement of end-to-end business processes.
Responsibilities
• Execute projects, monitor progress and manage resources (including change management/risk mitigation).
• Initiate corrective actions to ensure project success when necessary.
• Drive project management optimization using variety of tools including SharePoint, Power Automate etc.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and a standardized process landscape.
• Support stakeholders in navigating and managing change and mediate between different parties involved in the project to reduce frictions and foster collaboration.
• Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain the contact network across different BUs and Global Functions.
• Ability to analyze & understand end to end Order to Cash & Procure to Pay process.
• Take part in technical discussions related to process ensuring right directions.
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in a Project Management role.
• Strong knowledge of project methodologies with hands-on implementation experience.
• Solid understanding of business processes such as Order-to-Cash (OtC) and Source-to-Pay (StP) is good to have.
• Good-to-have experience with tools like Signavio, Visio, Celonis, and Power BI.
• Desirable experience working in a Shared Services Center environment.
• Exposure to SAP ERP or WINS systems is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder management capability.
