Senior Process Analyst Logistic (Warehouse & Transport Management)

To ensure efficient, compliant, and cost-effective warehouse and transport operations while meeting Business Unit and customer service requirements. The role focuses on optimizing logistics processes through strong vendor management, system-driven execution, and transparent stakeholder coordination.


Responsibilities

• Independently manage end-to-end warehouse operations and domestic order execution as an Individual Contributor.

• Perform cost–benefit analysis for warehouse options aligned with Business Unit and end-customer service and cost requirements.

• Strong expertise in tolling/third-party manufacturing, including managing 3PL/toll manufacturers, overseeing external production for quality and GMP compliance, and coordinating material movement and site operations.

• Ensures statutory and process compliance while developing, tracking, and reporting KPIs for third-party manufacturing performance.

• Lead warehouse cost evaluation, tendering, and vendor negotiations, including domestic transporter rate negotiation and contract finalization.

• Execute new warehouse setup in SAP.

• Execute export orders, including weight notes and palletization.

• Ensure end-to-end warehouse and transport compliance, with or without ESHA guidance.

• Take proactive decisions based on operational needs and ensure transparent communication between factories and transporters.


 

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline; Diploma or certification in Supply Chain or Logistics is preferred.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in warehouse and transportation operations.
  • Proven expertise in vendor management, inventory management, and transport management.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and SAP ERP systems.
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills with Business Unit teams, customers, and third-party partners.
  • Experience in Pharma/Manufacturing or FMCG industry is desirable.
  • Ability to independently manage operations while driving service excellence and cost efficiency.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
