To strengthen IT governance, risk management, and compliance across the organization by ensuring robust IT controls, audit readiness, and consistent implementation of policies and standards, while guiding IT teams to maintain a strong culture of compliance and transparency.
Responsibilities
- Strengthen organizational trust and transparency by ensuring the IT function is consistently prepared for statutory and external audits, enabling efficient audit execution and timely resolution of observations.
- Safeguard the organization’s IT environment by establishing and strengthening governance frameworks that ensure consistent implementation of effective IT controls across Group IT.
- Foster a culture of continuous compliance and control maturity by ensuring IT processes and documentation always remain audit-ready.
- Strengthen governance consistency across the organization by leading the development, communication, and oversight of IT policies and standards.
- Elevate the organization’s compliance culture by advising and coaching IT teams on governance and compliance practices.
Requirements
- Higher education or equivalent degree in information management, computer science, business management or similar
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, IT risk management, or governance roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Good to have: Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer / ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, or similar certifications will be considered an advantage.
