Snr IT Business Consultant (IT Governance)

To strengthen IT governance, risk management, and compliance across the organization by ensuring robust IT controls, audit readiness, and consistent implementation of policies and standards, while guiding IT teams to maintain a strong culture of compliance and transparency.


Responsibilities

  • Strengthen organizational trust and transparency by ensuring the IT function is consistently prepared for statutory and external audits, enabling efficient audit execution and timely resolution of observations.
  • Safeguard the organization’s IT environment by establishing and strengthening governance frameworks that ensure consistent implementation of effective IT controls across Group IT.
  • Foster a culture of continuous compliance and control maturity by ensuring IT processes and documentation always remain audit-ready.
  • Strengthen governance consistency across the organization by leading the development, communication, and oversight of IT policies and standards.
  • Elevate the organization’s compliance culture by advising and coaching IT teams on governance and compliance practices.

 

Requirements

  • Higher education or equivalent degree in information management, computer science, business management or similar
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, IT risk management, or governance roles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Good to have: Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), or ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer / ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor, or similar certifications will be considered an advantage.
