Sr Process Analyst Logistics Control Tower
The Logistics Control Tower Analyst will act as a central hub for supply chain visibility and operational decision-making. This role is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and driving optimization of logistics activities across multiple channels to ensure the seamless and efficient movement of goods. The Analyst will proactively identify potential disruptions, coordinate rapid solutions, and implement corrective actions to safeguard service levels while maintaining cost efficiency. The role requires working closely with SAP Transportation and its integrated modules to support connected, data-driven logistics processes.
Responsibilities
Monitor and track shipments to identify exceptions, potential delays, or disruptions. Utilize 4Kites, Clarita AI, and other relevant logistics tracking tools to validate real-time statuses. Ensure, as far as possible, a single source of truth, transparency, and factual clarity across all tracked events. Proactively visualize and assess risks across transportation and supply chain networks to prevent escalations, mitigate disruptions, and drive cost avoidance through agile and timely intervention. Operate with speed, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Build and strengthen early-warning mechanisms for improved predictive visibility. Leverage Clarita AI to accelerate insights, responses, and resolution cycles. Provide decision support to customers, including recommendations on transport modes, optimal route options, and network choices. Analyze key logistics KPIs such as OTIF, dwell time, cost per shipment, cycle time, and exception trends to identify improvement opportunities and performance gaps. Maintain proactive, structured, and cross-functional communication with carriers, vendors, warehouses, business units, and customers. Keep all stakeholder touchpoints clearly mapped in an updated RACI, ensuring seamless coordination. Support the continuous maintenance and internal governance of logistics databases and control tower systems. Foster effective and efficient communication across the organization. Prepare and share daily and weekly operational reports, dashboards, and insights based on evolving business needs. Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset with strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Monitor and evaluate vendor and carrier performance across transport milestones and service commitments. Actively participate in mandated business, vendor, BU, and customer meetings. Support root-cause analysis for incidents and contribute to a culture of continuous process improvement and logistics excellence. Adapt effectively to dynamic change and evolving operational requests within the Control Tower environment.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline 2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data sets, supported by attention to detail and high accuracy Hands-on exposure to Transportation Management (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination, with strong proficiency in written and spoken English Understanding of international shipping regulations, documentation, and operational procedures A mindset for continuous improvement Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities with efficiency and clarity
(SAP experience in Export, Order Management, or related modules is an advantage)
(Lean or Six Sigma knowledge is preferred)
