Accounting Coordinator - Coordinador/a de Contabilidad

Responsible for support accounting based on corporate guidelines and standards, ensuring compliance with local regulations, with primary focus on the Colombian Régimen Cambiario obligations before the Banco de la República & DIAN and keeping accounting books updated and printed.


Responsibilities

  • Ensures Country's compliance with “Regimen Cambiario” banco Republica & DIAN.
  • Ensure Accounting Books printed and able to present
  • Ensure and Support to Security Officer programs Colombian compliance ( SAGRILAFT – PTEE – Habeas Data)  
  • Execute payment in advance & conciliations to FTE in Oil fields. 
  • Support Regional treasury with payments
  • Support audits BDO – OEA
  • Bank Conciliations

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting,
  • Good knowledge of English and Spanish. 
  • Relevant work experience (Min. 3y) in the Accounting, Controlling, Finance or Audit department of a multinational company.
  • Good communication and collaboration abilities, teamwork spirit and the ability to work cross-functionally.
