Assistant Manager- General and Site Administration
The Assistant Manager – Administration will support the organization in overseeing day-to-day administrative and facility management operations at the manufacturing plant. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of site administration, including security, housekeeping, transportation, employee welfare, and compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety requirements. The ideal candidate will be proactive, well-organized, and capable of coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders such as contractors, government authorities, and internal employees.
Responsibilities
•Manage local liaison activities with government bodies and external agencies
•Oversee site maintenance and housekeeping operations
•Ensure employee welfare initiatives, including canteen and transportation management
•Supervise security services and public relations activities
•Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety regulations
Requirements
•At least a Bachelor’s degree or BTech or master’s degree in business administration, in operations or Facility Management, Industrial Management, or related discipline.
•At least 10–15 years of progressive experience in administration.
•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and with hands-on experience in SAP.
•Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Strong understanding of factory administration, statutory, and safety compliance requirements
