Job ID: 41970  |  Location: Charlotte, North Carolina, USA | Work Model: Hybrid

As the Logistics Operations Lead, North America, you will sit at the intersection of regional operations and global strategy, responsible for the Global Business Service Logistics Operations (GBS LO) organization, ensuring agreed service levels to Business and Service Units (BU/SU) with optimized costs and sustainable solutions across the NORAM region.

  • Develop and actively track change requests and status of new solutions, communicating impact to all relevant stakeholders
  • Manage, motivate, and develop employees in line with Clariant's management principles
  • Ensure an efficient functional and operational structure that provides opportunities for individual growth
