Senior Site Controller, NORAM

As a Senior Site Controller, you will partner with site management to provide financial insights, analysis, and recommendations that support business decisions, cost management, and profitability. You will lead key controlling activities including month-end closing, budgeting, standard costing, variance analysis, capital investment reviews, and financial reporting. You will also serve as a Center of Excellence for the North American Cost Controlling team, sharing best practices, providing guidance and training, and supporting consistent financial processes across the region. This role is considered hybrid, with some days based in Charlotte office and others requiring travel to our different sites. Due to the business needs and expected timeline to fill this position, candidates must be currently authorized to work in the United States and available to start within a short timeframe.
