Accountable to OTC process within scope of responsibility with focus to customer satisfaction and maintaining e-OTIF performance. Ensure cost and process optimization in line with business unit expectation. Accountable for comply to Indonesia tax regulation

 

Responsibilities:

  1. OTC (Domestic) process
    1. Execution OTC for domestic customers
    2. Ensure customer RETA can be meet with coordination with Planner and Production site
    3. Fulfil correct document to customer and tax compliance requirements
    4. Monitor customer credit limit and overdue, resolve it if required
  2. Execution logistic & warehouse process
    1. Optimize freight cost based on tender rate
    2. Responsible to maintain stock at external warehouse based on customer orders and agreed safety stocks
    3. Monitor shipment position and progress
  3. Complaint handling
    1. Responsible to handle compliant related to SCM documents (i.e. invoice, tax invoice), and transportation

 

 

Requirements:

Diploma degree :Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service Desk and/or Logistic
