Mechanic

Melakukan aktivitas utama dan pendukung dalam proses kegiatan keseharian maintenance peralatan pabrik sesuai dengan WI/SOP yang berlaku.


Responsibilities

    1. Bertanggung jawab dalam melakukan pekerjaan perawatan, perbaikan dan inovasi perlatan dan mesin mesin produksi
    2. Menerapkan prosedur lockout/tagout/tryout (LOTOTO) sebelum bekerja pada peralatan
    3. Melakukan root cause analysis untuk masalah mekanik yang berulang
    4. Berkolaborasi dengan tim produksi untuk memahami masalah peralatan
    5. Melakukan serah terima pekerjaan sesuai dengan procedure
    6. Mengidentifikasi dan meminta suku cadang yang diperlukan untuk pekerjaan maintenance
    7. Mendokumentasikan semua aktivitas maintenance, perbaikan, dan suku cadang yang digunakan
    8. Melaporkan kondisi peralatan dan rekomendasi kepada supervisor
    9. Berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas maintenance shutdown terencana
    10. Melakukan overhaul besar dan peningkatan mutu peralatan
    11. Mendukung project project dan installasi peralatan
    12. Menerapkan procedure ESHA dan semua kegiatan, baik harian ataupun project
    13. Menghadiri program Safety talk dan mencapai target pengumpulan SDR 
    14. Bekerja sesuai dengan kompetensi yang dimiliki.
    15. Support ESHA, ISO Implementation 9001, 14001,45001, 50001, HALAL, HACCP & FAMI-QS

 

Requirements

Technical high school (major in mechanic), At least 5 years’ experience in mechanical work
