Electrical Engineer

Reponsible for the full lifecycle of electrical maintenance and operational management by coordinating manpower, ensuring technical integrity through troubleshooting and documentation, and maintaining strict compliance with international quality, safety, and energy standards


Responsibilities

Reponsible for the full lifecycle of electrical maintenance and operational management by coordinating manpower, ensuring technical integrity through troubleshooting and documentation, and maintaining strict compliance with international quality, safety, and energy standards

Electrical Engineer responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance
  1. Create weekly schedule (work order) and arrange manpower electrical.
  2. Implement and monitor maintenance strategy
  3. Modification electrical panel and troubleshooting.
  4. Create and update electrical wiring diagram
  5. Document updated, Procedure, Checklist & Report.
  6. Implement SAP maintenance based on daily working.
  7. Check & monitor availability spare part of electrical.
  1. Manage and controlling
  1. Ensure SAMACO Program establish and fully implemented.
  2. Ensure ESHA well implemented in electrical.
  3. Ensure all fabrication, installation of new facilities comply and meet quality standard.
  4. Apply and implement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, Halal and HACCP.
  5. Ensure energy management system implemented. planning, implementation, monitoring and reporting Energy management system.
  6. Ensure continuous improvement implemented in electrical.
  7. Ensure 5S well implemented.
  1. Safety, Health and Environmental
  1. Do check and update SAMACO.
  2. Active in safety avoiding program.
  3. Fully follow Safety Regulation ( LOTOTO, PPE ).

 

To assist the ESHA department in carrying out its functions or duties:

  1. Coordinate and implement the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) at the Cimapag site.
  2. Responsible for implementing LOTOTO procedures for work requiring energy isolation.
  3. Conducting SAMACO checks in both the maintenance and ESHA
  4. Responsible for summarizing and following up on safety deviation reports, including updating the status of findings and coordinating with relevant departments
  5. Monitoring the creation and verification of work permits issued for both maintenance and contractor work.
  6. Conducting regular safety talks or briefings for employees.
  7. Supervising work across all departments and with contractors.
  8. Delivering safety training to employee or contractor

 


 

Requirements

Min. Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering

Experience in manufacturing industry, chemical industry at least 3 years

A good leadership skill, have understanding in ISO 90001,14001,45001,50001, HACCP, SAP for maintenance
