CSD Support

We are looking for a detail-oriented and flexible professional to join our team as Logistic and Production Support at our Hällekis site in Sweden. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations in our BU Absorbents & Additives business unit.


Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately while controlling delivery dates, quantities, and product specifications.
  • Coordinate between production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Schedule and prioritize shipments while ensuring proper documentation and labelling.
  • Coordinate logistics with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Work with procurement and warehouse teams for timely delivery of ordered goods.
  • Serve as backup for Production Manager, managing process orders and information flow.
  • Serve as backup for Site Manager, reporting ESHA data and matching invoices with orders.
  • Monitor deliveries and verify compliance with safety and quality standards.

 

Requirements

  • Upper secondary education, preferably in logistics or administration
  • Experience in transport planning, customer service, and operations
  • SAP knowledge
  • ADR 1.3 certification/knowledge is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to meet customer demands
  • Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken)
