Responsibilities

现场的生产操作：

  1. 操作、控制和监测运行中的生产设备和设施，根据操作文件的要求及时记录显示的测量值以及分析结果，对于超出范围的工艺指标进行初步的分析原因并且及时汇报；
  2. 负责现场的设备，仪表和管线的检查，监测，对于发现的问题及时纠正或报告故障；
  3. 通过手动或进料设备将原材料、辅助材料和回收材料供应和进料到工艺流程中;
  4. 负责生产或者包装完成后的清洗，清扫，清场，协助班组完成生产过程中的日常记录，监控，异常处理
  5. 协助部门对安全或质量事件和偏差进行调查，并执行纠正、预防措施；

现场装卸操作和公用工程设备操作：

  1. 原料卸车，产品包装；
  2. 学习PID和各种操作手册，熟练掌握各个设备的位置，和正确的操作方法以及原理；
  3. 公用工程的现场操作；包括使用防爆叉车，电瓶叉车，高位叉车；协助完成仓库上下架管理，温湿度管理，仓库的待检，成品，放行，不合格品等分区管理等。

安全生产及5S：

  1. 学习执行安全规范以及要求；各种物料的MSDS，Near Miss 报告，事故报告等；
  2. 在出现非正常情况时第一时间向领导汇报；在工作中执行和贯彻5S要求等。

其他：

  1. 每个班进行2次现场巡检，记录各个设备的运行数据，及时发现设备的异常情况并汇报；
  2. 参与车间试运行工作的实施；积极参加车间、部门及工厂培训，努力提高岗位实操技能。

服从上级领导其他的工作任务的安排。


 

Requirements

高中或中专化工专业以上学历，从事化工专业工作2年以上，能读懂基本的英语。
