Responsibilities

1.    Safety management 
a)    Responsible for the safety production, and timely find out the potential accidents and report and handle them
b)    Learn and master the emergency plan, report and handle the sudden accident in time
c)    Collect and follow up the Near Miss of production department
d)    Coordinate the daily maintenance work related to production department
e)    Responsible for approval of special operation ticket
2.    Quality control
a)    Responsible for the monitoring and management of the 5S area of the production department
b)    Coordinate with quality department to investigate and analyse quality accident and deviation
c)    Learn to understand and implement the requirements of Cosmetic GMP, RSPO, Halal, ISO 22716, ICH Q7
d)    Responsible for relevant customer and supplier audit
3.    Production work management
a)    Responsible for arranging the production work and personnel according to the production plan
b)    Responsible for supervising and inspecting the related production work to be carried out strictly according to the operation regulations
c)    Responsible for operation, monitoring, statistics and optimization of utilities
d)    Responsible for formulating and implementing relevant MOC schema
e)    Responsible for optimizing product process and production time
f)    Responsible for drafting/revising relevant documents of the department
g)    Sustainability, regular inspection of the energy consumption and contributed to reduce the foot print.
4.    Training and people management
a)    Responsible for the skill assessment of team members from time to times
b)    Responsible for organizing and training team members to learn and implement the new production operation manual and practical training, safety training, MSDS, Near Miss report, accident report, etc

 


 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in chemical engineering or related
  • More than 5 years practical experience in chemical production
  • Good English skill both in spoken and written
  • Have a solid foundation in chemical engineering, have a certain ability to solve practical problems
  • Good project management skills
