QA Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Participate in standards and regulation gap analysis, develop and follow up action plan, improvement of QMS at Dayabay site
  • Supplier management- Coordinate and execute quality management of supplier/materials/service and maintain approved supplier list.
  • Document control- Conduct daily document management.
  • Internal Audit management- Plan, coordinate and execute the annual internal audit.
  • Change management- Coordinate and evaluate the changes that potentially affect quality, e.g. supplier/material change.
  • External Audit management- Participate in dealing with the customer, corporate, certification body audit
  • Handling of Complaint- Participate in the investigation of quality-related complaints and development of action plan.
  • Participate in Deviation/RCA/CAPA management, Handling of Recall, Goods Return /Unqualified product, Q&V management action plan.
  • Verification of certificates of analyses of raw materials and handling in SAP on local level
  • Control of special qualities (samples, recurring inspection, etc.) on global level
  • Monitoring of inspection lots on global level

 

Requirements

  • College chemistry/Pharmaceutical Degree or higher.
  • More than 3 years of QA experience in chemical company;
  • Global company experience will be a good plus.
  • Writing and oral English skill required.
