R&D Manager

Responsibilities

  • R&D activities in creating innovative polymer additives solutions, e.g. halogen-free flame retardants (HFFRs). Focus on new chemicals development, testing protocols, and performance optimization.
    • Collaborate with marketing, production, and regulatory affairs teams
    • Develop innovation project proposals based on market needs identified, Establish technical objectives, project timelines, and resource allocation
    • Monitor scientific advancements, regulatory changes, and market trends
    • Develop relationships with academic and industry partners
    • Manage intellectual property development and protection
    • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
  • Product expert activities in polymer additives
    • Lead new products development
    • Responsible for production support and customer support

 

Requirements

  • Master or above in chemistry, polymer science, or related fields
  • 3+ years chemistry R&D lab experience
  • Project management skills
  • English as working language
