Team Assistant

Responsibilities:

 

  • Production Work Management
    • Create and maintain BOM and Recipe for SAP system
    • Maintenance and statistics of production information
    • Purchasing and managing consumables of production department
    • Prepare production orders, check for completeness, archive films
    • Maintenance the 6S of production area in comprehensive Building
  • Document system management and audit
    • Establish and maintain departmental document system, and keep consistency with GMS system
    • Coordinate customer and supplier audit
    • Responsible for internal file system audit
  • Personnel Attendance and Training Management
    • Responsible for induction training and guidance of new employ
    • Arrange personnel to work overtime and summarize attendance
    • Establish and maintain training plans and files

 

Requirements:

  • Junior college degree or above
  • More than 1 year working experience in administration
  • Can read/write English
  • Familiar with office software.
  • Easy to communicate.
