Business Support Representative (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Business Support Represenative who can join to our Order Management Team in Łódź. 

 

What will you be doing?

  • Perform the daily/quarterly/yearly transactional activities, to meet the aligned SLA/KPIs/measurement.
  • Follow the up-to-date operational procedures, adherence to the standardized process landscape.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication with internal/external customers and stakeholders, while proactively identifying potential issues and performing appropriate escalations to maintain operational continuity.
  • Participate in and actively drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting and initiating process improvement projects, and proactively contributing creative ideas to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Be proactive and creative in looking for new ideas for value creation for the customer
  • Operational compliance on all regulatory, internal/external guidelines and support on audit activities.
  • Act as a backup for other team member/s as per aligned back up structure. Ensure proper knowledge transfer between backups.
 


 
What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years’ solid experience in the Order Management area
  • Desirable working experience in a Shared Serviced Center                                  
  • Project Management experience  will be an adventage
  • 2+ years SAP Module knowledge, good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
  • English level B2 and knowledge of other languages will be an asset
  • Soft skills on: work independency, service mindset, process-oriented and result driven, self-learning and improvement ability, ability on problem solving, team player, ability to work under pressure, time management,  good communication skills, requires minimal supervision to manage daily activities, presentation skills, customer focus, negotiation skills; influencing skills, change management.                                     
  • End-to-end process understanding & optimization
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economic Sciences or relevant.
