Business Support Representative Order Management

What will you be doing?

  • Perform the daily/quarterly/yearly transactional activities, to meet the aligned SLA/KPIs/measurement.
  • Follow the up-to-date operational procedures, adherence to the standardized process landscape.
  • Ensure timely and transparent communication with internal/external customers and stakeholders, while proactively identifying potential issues and performing appropriate escalations to maintain operational continuity.
  • Participate in and actively drive quality and continuous improvement initiatives, supporting and initiating process improvement projects, and proactively contributing creative ideas to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Be proactive and creative in looking for new ideas for value creation for the customer
  • Operational compliance on all regulatory, internal/external guidelines and support on audit activities.
  • Act as a backup for other team member/s as per aligned back up structure. Ensure proper knowledge transfer between backups.
  • Ensure all the up-to-date operational procedures are maintained, documented and executed, all the operations adherence to the standardized process landscape.
 


 
What are we looking for?

  • University degree in Business Administration or Economics Sciences or relevant.
  • 3+ years solid experience in the Order Managament area.                                                           
  • Project Management experience will be an advantage.
  • 2+ years SAP Module knowledge.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel.
  • Knowledge of Power Bi will be an advantage.
  • End-to-end process understanding & optimization.
  • Strong skills on analytical mindset and problem solving, process-oriented and result driven, customer focus, change management.
  • English level C1.
