Export Coordinator with Spanish

The Export Coordinator is responsible for executing daily export operations with precision and compliance, ensuring all transactional activities meet established SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements. This role serves as a technical leader within the team, driving end-to-end process improvements through Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives. The position requires maintaining comprehensive documentation of operational procedures, ensuring adherence to standardized process landscapes, and facilitating knowledge transfer across the team. Acting as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders. this role contributes directly to operational excellence and the strategic objectives of the organization. through proactive problem-solving, process optimization, and collaborative leadership.

 

 

What will you be doing?

  • Perform daily transactional activities to meet aligned SLA/KPIs and ensure operational compliance with all regulatory and internal guidelines.
  • Conduct timely communication with internal/external customers, identify potential issues, and make appropriate escalations.
  • Champion Lean methodologies and collaborate with management to cultivate a continuous improvement culture.
  • Maintain positive work relationships across teams, interface with SSC teams, and respond to critical stakeholder inquiries.
  • Ensure adequate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Act as backup for team members, ensure proper knowledge transfer, and support onboarding of new team members.
  • Monitor process performance, provide corrective measures, and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate internal controls, prepare service call reports and analysis, and present outcomes to stakeholders.
 


 
What are we looking for?

  • 3+ years of solid experience in logistics operations
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and Automation
  • Languages:
    • Fluent English and Spanish
    • Portuguese would be an advantage
  • Process-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Practical knowledge in ocean, air, road, intermodal, dangerous goods, customs and trade (desirable)
  • Project Management experience (advantage)
