Join Clariant's Global Business Services team as our Global Process Expert Order-to-Cash & Order Management and drive excellence in our global order management processes. This pivotal role connects business units with service delivery centers, ensuring standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement across our order management operations. As a key contributor to our digital transformation journey, you will be a part of dedicated team of process experts assuring best standards of order delivery cycle for our customers worldwide.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Standardization and optimization of Order Management processes.
  • Coordination of service delivery quality across shared service centres for external and interna customers.
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder management between Business Units and service delivery operations.
  • Define and lead improvements and compliance-related projects that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Drive digital transformation through SAP (ERP) enhancements and implementation of automation technologies.
  • Support delivery of service level agreements and high customer satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot the problems and close the gaps in team collaboration within the end-to-end order cycle.
  • Act as expert in scope expansion of GBS Service delivery in Order Management.
  • Develop & maintain SOP’s & WI and train OM Teams.
 


 
What are we looking for?

  • University degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5-8+ years in order management, supply chain, or operations.
  • Proficient SAP SD module knowledge and experience in process automation technologies.
  • End-to-end understanding of Logistics, Supply Chain, or Finance processes.
  • Experience in leading interdisciplinary projects while managing global stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence across organizational boundaries.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
  • Advanced business acumen with strong customer-centric approach.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities with tactical process planning expertise.
