Junior Procurement Specialist with German (m/f/d)

Operational Procurement team in Poland is looking for a person willing to join us on position of Junior Process Specialist. If you feel that Procurement area is in your interest and you speak German we will be happy to have you on board!

 

 

What will you be doing?

  • Take responsibility for operational procurement process on German market.
  • Initiate and lead improvements projects generating cost or time reductions.
  • Work closely cross functional, with internal stakeholders and Finance.
  • Provide contribution for small value orders.
  • Create and maintain Vendor Master Data.
  • Contact and built relationship with vendors - maintenance of orders.
 


 
What are we looking for?

  • Language skills:
    • Corporate language: English B2
    • Working with customers: German min. B1
  • Excel, Word and Outlook - professional working competency
  • Proactive approach
  • Learn-driven mindset
  • Understanding of supply chain processes
  • First experience in procurement would be an asset
  • SAP knowledge would be an asset
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
