For BU Care Chemicals Team in Lodz, we are looking for a person with interest and passion in customer interaction, high focus on communication skills and an ambitious drive for successful improvement. We are team of people with diverse backgrounds and levels of experience, and we will welcome an ambitious team player in our strongly coordinated group. Responsibility for End-to- End Order Management Process

 

 

What will you be doing?

  • Creating and maintaining great relations with Clariant’s customers
  • Creating SAP orders
  • Coordinating information flow between warehouse, sales force, forwarders and customers
  • Cooperating directly with internal stakeholders
  • Performing claim management through the internal Quality Notification System
  • Assisting Clariant’s customers in solving problems and incidents
 


 
What are we looking for?

  • Experience in Customer Service Desk or Logistics, Export or Supply Chain area
  • Knowledge of SAP SD module as an advantage
  • Excel, Word and Outlook - working competency
  • Logical thinking and multitasking mindset
  • Pro-active customer approach and highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Creativity and open-minded approach
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Language skills:
  • Internal corporate language: English B2 level required
  • Working with customers: German min B2 level required
