We're looking for a Process Specialist to join our Order Management team. Whether you're starting your career or bring years of experience, we welcome candidates of all experience levels who are dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction and streamlining order processing operations. We believe in putting our customers first and are seeking individuals who share our commitment to providing outstanding service through effective communication, problem-solving, and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.

 

 

What will you be doing?

  • Drive end-to-end process improvement initiatives and daily operational activities.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers.
  • Support and initiate process improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and organizational guidelines.
  • Provide backup support for team members and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Execute work shadowing sessions and training activities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Foster a problem-solving culture and drive continuous improvement.
 


 
What are we looking for?

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economic Sciences, or international shipping/forwarding/trade.
  • 1 year of experience in Customer Service Desk.
  • SAP module knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is desirable.
  • Language skills:
  • English fluent
  • Spanish and Portuguese min. B2 level
