Senior Accounts Payable Specialist with Spanish (m/f/d)

We're seeking an experienced, Spanish-speaking Senior Process Specialist to join our Accounts Payable LATAM team who will manage the full invoice processing lifecycle in SAP, ensure compliance with local regulations, monitor open invoice reports, and ensure aged invoices are followed up on a timely basis. If you speak Spanish and have experience in Finance, it is a role for you!

 

 

What will you be doing?

  • Process vendor invoices in SAP following Mexican accounting standards.
  • Verify compliance with Mexican tax requirements (CFDI/SAT).
  • Ensure proper accounting classification and approvals.
  • Resolve posting discrepancies and vendor inquiries.
  • Support month-end closing activities.
  • Meet established metrics and deliver client satisfaction.
 


 
What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years in similar area
  • Basic accounting knowledge and Mexican tax requirements
  • SAP (FI/AP) and MS Office proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work on II shift
  • Language Skills
    • Spanish: min. C1 level
    • English: min. B2 level
  • Secondary education in Finance related fields (University degree preferred)
