Senior Accounts Payable Specialist with Spanish

Currently to our Accounts Payable Brazil team we are looking for a Senior Process Specialist with Spanish. The person on this position will be responsible for processing of received invoices, based on country language, utilizing an Enterprise Resource Planning system (SAP), monitoring open invoice reports, and ensuring aged invoices are followed up on a timely basis. If you speak Spanish and have experience in Finance, it is a role for you!

 

 

What will you be doing?

  • Manage employee travel & expense reimbursements through Concur system.
  • Process and review invoices in accordance with company procedures.
  • Verify appropriate approvals of invoices, investigate and resolve accounts payable issues.
  • Assist in various month end closing related works.
  • Handle vendor and employee inquiries
  • Follow established policies, procedures and methods to achieve metrics and targets.
  • Deliver external/internal client satisfaction.
 


 
What are we looking for?

  • Certificate of secondary education (preferably University degree)
  • Min. 2 years of professional experience on a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of accounting
  • Excel, Word and Outlook professional working competency
  • SAP knowledge
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills
  • Strong motivation to work in a complex organization focused on result and KPIs - strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work on II shift
  • Language Skills
  • Spanish: min. C1 level
  • English:  min. B2 level
