Senior Analyst Business Reporting (m/f/d)

The Senior Business Reporting Analyst is a key member of the GBS Business Reporting Team. They are the knowledge holder of a Logistic reporting domain and the interface to the stakeholder for Logistic Reporting Developments and delivery.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Serve as primary point of contact for new reporting requests from stakeholders
  • Translating business requirements into technical specifications
  • Coordination between business stakeholders, IT and Power BI / Business Reporting Operation teams
  • Validate and test new reports before deployment
  • Provide specialized expertise on input data, data visualization and reporting techniques
  • Play a challenger role on the Productivity targets and support Business Reporting operation to optimize
  • Support knowledge transfer between stakeholders and Business Reporting teams for new reporting solutions
  • Identify opportunities for report consolidation and standardization
  • Maintain documentation of reporting solutions and business requirements
  • Ensure quality of reporting with regular Sample checks in line with GBS Quality Circle
 


 
What are we looking for?

  • Business Experience in Logistics, at least 2-3 years
  • Experience in Project Management, ability to work Agile
  • IT Skills in: SAP, BW, Power BI, SAC and Microsoft applications
  • English Language proficiency (C1)
  • University/Bachelor's degree in Business Studies, Logistics, Economics or relevant
  • Analytical mindset & critical eye for detail
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into meaningful tools.
  • Prioritization of needs of partners & good Stakeholder Communication & Interaction
  • Coordinate project end to end with multiple stakeholders
  • Delivery of timely & accurate solutions on a repetitive basis
