Senior Order Management Specialist (m/f/d)

The Order Management team in Łódź is seeking a Senior Order Management Specialist to independently execute daily Order Management operations for the NORAM region during second shift (14-22 or 15-23), ensuring seamless customer service across time zones. This role focuses on end-to-end process excellence, maintaining strong relationships with internal and external customers, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The position serves as a role model for the team through proactive problem-solving and minimal supervision while delivering sustainable solutions that meet customer needs.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Independently handle daily Order Management and Transport Management tasks, including all necessary documentation, while following established quality standards and procedures.
  • Respond promptly to questions and requests from internal and external customers, providing clear information and support for their operational needs.
  • Contribute ideas for process improvements, identify areas for optimization, and actively participate in projects aimed at enhancing service delivery and efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements, support audit activities, and raise any potential risks or issues to the management team for resolution.
  • Provide backup support for colleagues as needed, share knowledge effectively within the team, and engage in regular team meetings to ensure operational continuity.
  • Foster positive working relationships with team members in Łódź and across other Clariant locations, ensuring smooth collaboration and information exchange.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers, focusing on delivering excellent service and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate Clariant's values and code of ethics in everyday interactions, helping to create a positive and professional workplace culture.
 


 
What are we looking for?

  • 2+ years solid experience in the business areas; customer service, OM;
  • 2+ years SAP Module knowledge, Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook;
  • Project Management experience - will be an adventage;
  • Language skills: 
    English (C1-C2)
    German (B1-B2) - will be an adventage;
  • Customer Centricity by identifying and understanding customer needs translating them into tangible and sustainable solutions;
  • Mature communication with our main stakeholders, addressing the challenge and looking for potential solutions;
  • Ensure that compliance/quality guidelines are respected within process performance;
  • Support and be role model in the problem solving initiatives when required;
  • Team player: respectful and open to different perspectives;
  • Univeristy degree in Business,Economics Sciences, Logistics or other relevant.
