Senior Order Management Specialist with French (m/f/d)

We're looking for a Senior Process Specialist to join our Order Management team. What will you be doing?

  • Execute and optimize daily transactional activities to meet SLA/KPIs while following standardized processes.
  • Drive and support process improvement initiatives and projects.
  • Ensure operational compliance with regulations and internal/external guidelines.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal/external customers and stakeholders.
  • Document and maintain up-to-date operational procedures.
  • Act as a backup for team members and facilitate knowledge transfer.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Contribute to a problem-solving culture by identifying issues and implementing solutions.
 


 
What are we looking for?

  • 2 years of experience in Customer Service Desk.
  • SAP module knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
  • Experience in business process management (all levels welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to translate customer needs into solutions.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to process improvement.
  • Language skills:
    -English fluent
    -French min. C1
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economic Sciences, or international shipping/forwarding/trade.
  • Experience in a Shared Service Center environment is desirable.
