Currently we are looking for a person willing to join our Talent Acquisition EMEA team in Lodz, Poland. On this position you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process in EMEA countries. You will collaborate closely with Business Representatives to deliver the best possible candidates. If you like working in diverse and multi-cultural environment, this is a place for you!

 

 

What will you be doing?

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for different sectors in EMEA countries. 
  • Build strong partnerships with Hiring Managers to understand their business needs and provide advisory and solutions.
  • Coach Hiring Managers in the standardized recruitment process to ensure successful finalization.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other tools to promote open positions and source passive candidates to build talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Evaluate candidates through resume screening, live/virtual interviews, and online assessments to determine technical qualifications and alignment with company values and culture.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
  • Prepare offer conditions, submit it and lead the negotiations.
  • Administrate SAP SuccessFactors to track candidate progression and meet Talent Acquisition hiring objectives.
 


 
What we are looking for?

  • 3+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in SSC/BPO environment).
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, psychology or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently under deadline pressure.
  • Passion for recruiting and a commitment to delivering results.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment tools (ideally SAP SuccessFactors or any other, LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Language skills: Polish fluent, English C1, French or any other European language would be beneficial.
