Supply Chain Project Coordinator

In this role, you will play a key part in connecting supply, customer service, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth project execution and seamless customer deliveries. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives that improve efficiency, create measurable value, and support successful outcomes for both the organization and our customers. By aligning resources and fostering collaboration, you will help deliver projects that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities

  • Find efficiencies and identify improvement opportunities within the end-to-end Supply Chain.
  • Prepare and own the annual roadmap for excellence benefits and structural improvements within the regional supply chain area.
  • Generate and implement innovative solutions, carrying out continuous improvement strategies across Supply Chain, Distribution, and Logistics.
  • Scope, plan, prioritize, and execute improvement projects that increase efficiency and deliver cost savings in line with BU Care Chemicals’ targets.
  • Lead and mobilize cross-functional project teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure clear alignment across functions.
  • Partner with BU Care Chemicals, SC, Logistics, Digital & Excellence, and other departments to drive collaboration and achieve improvement metrics and financial targets.
  • Promote SC Excellence initiatives, foster a continuous improvement culture, and participate in Digital & Excellence programs.
  • Support and report on project progress, ensuring accurate documentation of benefits.

 


 

Requirements

  • B.S. or equivalent degree in supply chain management, engineering, mathematics, or business
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, extensive experience leading and/or participating in projects pertaining to Supply Chain improvement
  • Supply Chain or operations certifications (e.g., APICS, CPIM) is a plus
  • Lean Sigma Green Belt or higher is a value-add
  • Project management expertise
