We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our EMEA marketing team. Reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Manager EMEA, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of regional marketing strategies, product launches, campaigns and events across the EMEA zone. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a scientific background and a strong interest in marketing who wants to grow in a dynamic, international environment.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Marketing Execution & Campaigns

  • Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns across EMEA, including trade shows, conferences, seminars and webinars
  • Assist with product launches, ensuring timely coordination of materials and communications across all relevant stakeholders
  • Liaise with sales teams, distributors and the global marketing team to align on promotional materials, lead generation activities and collateral needs

 

Content & Communication

  • Support content creation
  • Assist with internal communication initiatives
  • Help translate complex technical content into clear, compelling marketing messages for diverse audiences

 

Market Intelligence & Analysis

  • Collect, analyse and compile market intelligence, including trends, competitor activities, new product launches and success stories
  • Share insights with the regional marketing team to inform strategy and campaign planning

 

Operations & Administration

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team to ensure smooth execution of projects
  • Contribute to project tracking, reporting and follow-up to meet deadlines across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Travel up to 10% of the time for internal meetings and event support

 

Requirements:

 

Education:

  • Master's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry or a related scientific field (engineering school or university)
  • Additional marketing qualification is a strong advantage
  • Dual qualification in science and marketing is highly valued

 

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in ingredient supply/distribution, preferably in cosmetics, personal care or life sciences
  • Previous experience in marketing coordination, product marketing or a related role preferred

 

Additional skills:

  • Proficiency in Canva and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable working in multicultural, international environments
