Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Act as Production Coordinator to coordinate the team and production process smoothly and achieve Production Target with safe operation, meet product specifications, and on time with efficient cost, and in an effective way
  • Back up other Production Leaders (PL) in case other PL are not present to ensure process safety and meet the production target
  • Develop, Update, and train/socialize Work Instruction and  SOP in the Production Department
  • Implement PP Module SAP ( Create and Update BOM/ Recipe, Process order, and Teco).
  • Monitor and Control Process Order EPV in SAP regularly and take Corrective action as required
  • Do daily checks, maintain, and clean the equipment used and the work area
  • Provide a Job order to the maintenance department to improve the production process
  • Provide daily, weekly, and Monthly reports, including information on issues, ideas, and alternative solutions to the Site Manager
  • As a focal point for problem solving and solution in Production, such as Safety, Quality, productivity issues, by utilizing the expertise as a Certified Green Belt Project leader on-site
  • Act as Site Gate Keeper to coordinate WO issued between Maintenance Focal Point and Department Leader
  • Responsible for EHSA, CPS Implementation, and Blueprint Leader as CPS guideline and Assessment
  • Implement the Training plan and update the Skill Matrix on the Production Department
  • Site System Management and Continuous Improvement Leader
  • Based on the assignment letter, act as Site System management, CI Leader, Halal supervisor, Product stewardship code leader, and Food Safety Team Leader to ensure implementation of Management System (ISO 9001, Halal, CPS, Responsible Care, and HACCP) in the site according to Clariant guidance. If needed, act as the site representative to make communication with the external and certification bodies.
  • Ensure all document-related system management is available and updated in the Intelex system.
  • Contribute to conducting internal audit/ inspection/ assessment on site and follow up findings with the related department within the due date.
  • Involved in customer audit and coordination with SM Manager, APPDEV, and Sales to complete the quality questionnaire, or handling complaints from customers with the related department in the QNS system and review and manage approval for QM Set up in SAP.
  • Conduct management review once a year. Contribute to the backup system according to the site backup matrix defined and act as backup for site management activity (sign Good Out Form, permit, and other internal letter usage).Generated ideas improvement and set up an improvement plan
  • Fully participate in Site EHS program improvements, applicable ISO Norms Audit (ISO 9001,14001,45001)
  • Contribute to the backup system according to the site backup matrix defined
  • Act as PIC area responsibility to ensure implementation of ESHA program (including 5S), legal compliance, and waste management in production.
  • Act as chief of staff in the LEM organization to lead follow-up of the Emergency on-site.
  • Contribute to support the implementation of the energy & emission reduction program on site to achieve Clariant's sustainability target 2030.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Technical Background
  • Minimum 3 year working experience in production / industry ( preferable powder industry )
  • Familiar with SAP, Good English Communication capability, Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001,  5S
