Intern - AI for Sustainability reporting

As part of our sustainability strategy, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our Pratteln office in Switzerland as Intern – AI for Sustainability reporting, ideally starting November 15th, 2026, on a full-time basis, with a fixed-term contract. 

 

We are seeking an Intern with strong AI and digital skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen interest in sustainability and corporate reporting. In this role, you will support our team in the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD), leveraging digital tools and AI where appropriate to enhance efficiency, structure, and insight generation, while also contributing to broader sustainability reporting activities, gaining a well-rounded understanding of regulatory, strategic, and operational aspects.

 

The Intern position is limited to 12 months in full time.

 

Responsibilities

  • Developing prompts and skills with the propriotory AI as well as Claude
  • Assisting in the understanding of CSRD requirements and contributing to the development of implementation strategies
  • Supporting the creation of new processes, key performance indicators (KPIs), and content writing
  • Helping coordinate between various departments such as Group Technology & Strategy, Procurement, Finance, Business Units, Compliance, and Human Resources
  • Aiding in communication with external partners, particularly the external auditor
  • Supporting project management activities
  • Participating in cross-functional meetings and helping to document outcomes and action items

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Sustainability
  • Experience in AI, Digitalization and Project Management
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Business fluent in English (written and verbal), every other language is advantageous
  • Ability to work independent and be a self-driven person
