Project Manager Corporate Strategy (m/f/d)

Are you ready to help shape the strategic direction of a global, innovation-driven chemical company headquartered in Switzerland? We are looking for a Corporate Strategy Project Manager (m/f/d) to partner with senior leadership and drive high-impact initiatives across our international business.

 

Your Impact:

  • Lead and coordinate our quarterly Performance Review Meeting process
  • Manage and execute strategic initiatives and transformation projects at both corporate and business unit levels
  • Conduct and present market and competitor analyses to inform key strategic decisions
  • Facilitate strategic workshops and planning sessions with leadership teams
  • Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration planning
  • Act as a trusted partner to leadership, delivering insightful and actionable recommendations

 

What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, or an MBA
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, or corporate project management
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority
  • Strong analytical mindset, structured approach, and the ability to work independently
  • A true team player with an international outlook
  • Multilingual skills are a strong advantage; English is required
