Senior Strategic PMO Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Strategic PMO Manager to lead enterprise and finance transformation initiatives with a strong focus on integrated planning, budgeting, and forecasting platforms. Reporting to FP&A – Corporate Controlling, this strategic role will drive the planning, execution, and monitoring of corporate initiatives, transformation programs, and special projects across the Finance organization and broader corporate functions on a global scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation programs, including end-to-end implementation of enterprise planning platforms.
- Coordinate transformation initiatives including digitalization, operating model changes, and process improvements across the organization.
- Establish and enforce corporate project management standards, governance frameworks, and reporting requirements.
- Oversee project documentation, status reporting, milestone tracking, and issue escalation processes.
- Analyse program performance, identify risks and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
- Advise project teams on best practices for project planning, stakeholder management, and change management.
- Prepare decision materials, analyse program portfolio status, and provide strategic recommendations to executives.
- Support business case development, value realization tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage roadmap definition, data integration, change management, and adoption strategies for planning platforms.
- Ensure proper coordination and resource planning across multiple concurrent programs and competing priorities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience leading finance transformation programs including organizational change initiatives, cost reduction/efficiency programs, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Direct implementation experience with integrated planning platforms such as SAP IBP, Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle EPM, and/or Adaptive Planning.
- Strategic PMO experience including establishing/enhancing PMO functions, portfolio management, and executive reporting.
- Finance/Controlling background with direct finance experience and operational finance knowledge.
- Strong financial acumen and expertise in PMO governance, portfolio management, and project management methodologies.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities across all organizational levels.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with high accuracy, precision, and attention to detail.
- Change management expertise with proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in complex environments.
- Excellent communication skills with results-oriented approach and sense of urgency.
