Ingeniera/o ESHA (ambiente, seguridad, higiene)

Gestionar, organizar y mantener los sistemas de Seguridad, Salud, Higiene y Medio Ambiente (ESHA) del sitio,garantizando operaciones seguras y sostenibles.


Responsibilities

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de normativas legales y corporativas en materia ESHA.
  • Identificar y evaluar riesgos mediante metodologías aplicables.
  • Coordinar reportes e investigaciones de incidentes.
  • Implementar programas de protección ambiental.
  • Supervisar el servicio de seguridad física.
  • Coordinar respuestas a emergencias y simulacros.
  • Desarrollar capacitaciones y promover cultura preventiva.
  • Controlar actividades ESHA de contratistas y personal interno.
  • Representar a la empresa ante autoridades gubernamentales y atención a auditorías.

 

Requirements

  • Formación: Licenciatura/Ingeniería Química, Ambiental, Industrial o afín.
  • Experiencia: 3-5 años en roles ESHA en industria manufacturera/química.
  • Conocimientos: Normativas STPS, Semarnat, Conagua y Protección Civil.
  • Sistemas de gestión: ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
  • Idioma: Inglés intermedio - avanzado (conversacional).
  • Informática: Dominio de paquetería Office
  • Competencias: Liderazgo, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo, análisis de datos
  • Especialidad: Experiencia en coordinación de brigadas de emergencia.
