Account Manager II

Responsibilities

  • The role is accountable for general account management of Heart/ Belly customers and Distributor Management for PHC Distributor in Australia and New Zealand
  • Overall relationship management and close contact with Procurement, R&D, Product Development
  • Overall growth and satisfaction of the account
  • Contracts, price and overdue management
  • Overall customer demand development insights
  • Drive growth by expanding share of wallet (specked in products), for example via biddings and tenders
  • Proactively address and mitigate churn risks
  • Overall CRM customer and NBD pipeline (in collaboration with BD)
  • Accurate and timely sales forecast
  • The role operates in a coordinated team set-up composed by: CSM, BD, CSD and/or GBS to ensure full customer journey success; BDs drive new business development of not specked in products, while CSD / GBS ensure order management and deliveries.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Science,Pharmaceuticals, Engineering or Management
  • 7 – 10 Years in years of experience with proven record in commercial, sales management
  • Sales drive & achievement motivation, business acumen & commercial creativity, collaboration & inspiring customer confidence, adaptability, resilience & agility, delivering results & meeting expectations)
