Senior IT Business Consultant - SAP MM

We are looking for a Senior IT Business Consultant - SAP MM to join our global IT team, supporting Procurement and Material Management processes across regions.

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to the business, translating requirements into scalable SAP solutions while driving global projects, continuous improvements, and innovation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Business & Solution Design
    Translate business needs into functional SAP MM solutions, defining system requirements, enhancements, and change requests.
  • Global Application Delivery
    Manage and deliver global IT services for Procurement and Material Management, including projects, enhancements, and support, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance.
  • SAP Configuration & Expertise
    Configure SAP MM and related modules, maintaining proper documentation and a strong understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay processes.
  • Project & Stakeholder Management
    Define project scope, support cost estimation, coordinate resources, and ensure integration with other global initiatives.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation
    Identify opportunities to improve processes, drive efficiency, and propose innovative solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Training & Service Quality
    Develop user training materials and ensure high-quality support through proper ticket handling and service monitoring.

 

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP and application environments (end-to-end)
  • Strong expertise in:
    • SAP MM (Material Management)
    • Inventory Management
    • Strategic and Operational Procurement processes
  • Experience working in global environments and cross-functional teams
  • Advanced English (you will work in a global environment)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field
