Sales Account manager / BU Adsorbents & Additives (Seoul office, S. Korea)

Position :  Sales Account manager (KR)  / BU Adsorbents & Additives  

Location:  Seoul office located in Gangnam-gu, South Korea

 

Main Responsibility :

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of profitable sales growth strategies for special additives into Coatings / Inks / Adhesive / Plastic segments
  • Identify attractive new market to penetrate into and implement to deliver business plan.
  • Developed and delivered value-added solutions for key targeted customer applications using company core competencies
  • Optimize go-to-market via continuous improvement on sales channels.
  • Initiate technical projects with customer with support from technical marketing
  • Identify market needs, implement market intelligence for customers
  • Implement customer segmentation & service level for non-KA

 

Required Education and Experience (minimum requirements for position)

 

  Education : Bachelor minimum, Polymer or chemical preferred

 

  Experience : 7-10 years of Specialty sales or marketing experience needed, and Coating / ink / adhesive / plastic industry background is a plus.

 

  Additional Qualifications/ Skills :

       - Fluent English communication is needed, and local language speaking is requested.

       - Strong communication skills

       - Ability to work independently with self-motivation

       - Proactively approach customers for new business development

       - Proven distributors management experience

       - Resilience and persistence in achieving goals despite setbacks
