Process Specialist CSD

Total Target Cash Compensation: ¥213,000.00  – ¥284,000.00


Responsibilities

a. Transaction Processing

  • Process Catalyst CSD transactions including sales order processing (create, change, reject) in SAP according to established Clariant rule sets
  • Monitor open orders for issues related to master data, pricing, blocks, invoicing, and documentation
  • Handle CRM alerts with customer-centric attitude to support customer satisfaction
  • Process standard order delays, quality issues, complaints or claims following established procedures

b. Performance Standards

  • Meet defined SLA/KPIs for assigned operational activities
  • Communicate order status updates to customers and internal stakeholders as required
  • Escalate issues to Team Lead when delays or claims arise

c. Process Compliance

  • Follow current operational procedures and standardized process guidelines
  • Maintain operational compliance with all regulatory and internal/external guidelines
  • Support audit activities as required

d. Team Support

  • Provide backup support to team members as per aligned backup structure
  • Participate in knowledge transfer sessions

 

2. Process Improvement

a. Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting improvements

b. Participate in process optimization projects as assigned

 

3. Stakeholder Management

a. Maintain professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders

b. Respond to customer inquiries on routine matters following established guidelines

c. Contribute to positive work atmosphere through professional behavior and collaborative attitude


 

Requirements

  • College degree in Business Administration or Economics Sciences or in international shipping, forwarding or trade
  • 2+ years solid experience in the business areas.
  • SAP Module knowledge, good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Language skills: Fluent Japanese and English to assure proper process execution.
  • Functional Skills: process execution; process understanding, harmonization & optimization
