Quality Lab Technician

クラリアントジャパン静岡工場において、品質管理担当者として、原材料・中間製品・最終製品の品質管理試験を実施し、製品品質の維持・向上を通じて顧客満足と事業の安定運営に貢献するポジションです。また品質問題の原因分析および再発防止活動、各種マネジメントシステム（ISO、cGMP等）への適合を推進し、安全かつ持続可能な生産活動を支援します。


Responsibilities

  • 原材料・中間製品・最終製品の品質試験および分析
  • 品質データ分析および品質改善活動の推進
  • 分析機器の維持管理
  • 品質トラブルの原因分析および是正・予防措置の実施
  • 不適合品管理
  • ISO9001、ISO14001、cGMP、RSPO等のマネジメントシステム運用支援
  • 顧客向けサンプル対応および各種分析評価
  • 顧客苦情・品質問い合わせへの対応 

 

Requirements

必須要件

  • 高等学校卒業以上（化学系のバックグラウンドを有する方）
  • 化学メーカーにおける品質管理または製造業務の経験（目安1年以上）
  • 化学分析機器および試験機器の基本的な取り扱い知識
  • 品質管理業務に必要なPCスキル（Microsoft Office等）
  • 日本語で円滑なコミュニケーションが取れる方
  • 英語の読み書きができる方（メール対応レベル）

歓迎要件

  • 大学または高等専門学校における化学、応用化学、材料工学等の専攻
  • ISO9001、ISO14001、cGMP、RSPOなどのマネジメントシステムに関する知識または運用経験
  • 品質不具合の原因分析および改善活動の経験
  • 顧客対応や苦情対応の経験
  • 英語でのコミュニケーション能力

勤務時間
交代勤務制（シフト勤務）1直 6:40～15:20、2直 14:40～23:20、3直 22:40～7:20
実働7時間30分（休憩1時間10分）※深夜勤務あり、交替手当・深夜勤務手当支給

休⽇‧休暇
年間休⽇： 125 ⽇（2026年）
年間有給休暇： 15 ⽇～20 ⽇ （下限⽇数は、⼊社 3 か ⽉経過後の付与⽇数 となります ）
