Sales Manager

Responsible for the sales of Syngas catalyst portfolio to Ammonia/Methanol/Hydrogen/OTF gas plants in the SEA/ANZ mainly, and be associated with business development projects in energy transition. Expand competitive position in the Syngas industry and ensure market participation in the region.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the complete sales process from acquisition, bid proposal including risk management, contract negotiations with pricing approval from manager and after-sales services.  Supports order processing.
  • Acquire new customers (analyze and understand client's technology in detail, offer appropriate products)
  • Maintain an accurate order received and order invoiced forecast as input for resource planning
  • Maintain reporting systems (CRM, Installed Volume, Miller-Heimann Sheets and similar, Call Reports etc.)
  • Ensure post sales services such as orders processing, payment collections, handling of complaints, arranging of technical services with ACT
  • Act as face to customers for troubleshooting cases, start up/shut down site services arrangements with support from ACT.
  • Collect and communicate competitor and market information.
  • Fulfill any other job related adhoc needs from direct and functional manager

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering 
  • >5 years of working experience in Syngas, preferably handling Ammonia plants
  • English fluency. Bahasa Indonesia fluency will be added advantage.
  • Good computer literacy esp in MS applications and simulation/modelling softwares
