APAC BD Manager - Agriculture

This role combines technical expertise with business development skills to drive growth in the agriculture applications for adsorbents and coatings additives across APAC as part of Global SGI in SMP 2027


Responsibilities 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in agricultural applications for BU A&A
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors
  • Create and execute strategic market entry plans for new territories
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Provide technical consultation incl. product trials and field demonstrations
  • Develop application-specific solutions for customers
  • Create technical documentation and training materials
  • Collaborate with Application Development / R&D / Exploration/ for product, raw material improvements

 

Requirements

  • Bachelors, Chemistry, Agricultural Science,
  • 8+ in MNC, English Fluency (spoken & writing)
  • Microsoft Office Suite, Business & commercial skills
