Assistant, BU Care Chemicals

Total Target Cash Compensation: ¥213,000.00  – ¥284,000.00


Responsibilities

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Provide comprehensive executive assistance to BU Care Chemicals
  • Manage and coordinate the Manager's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reporting
  • Prepare, proofread, and coordinate business correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting documentation
  • Organize internal and external meetings, workshops, and town halls; prepare agendas and follow up on action items

Regional Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (Business Segments, Global Functions, Site Teams) as well as external partners
  • Coordinate regional communications, announcements, and management updates across BU Care Chemicals
  • Facilitate cross-functional and cross-segment collaboration (Personal & Home Care, Industrial Applications, Crop Solutions, Base Chemicals, etc.) 

Project & Operations Support

  • Track and follow up on key strategic projects and regional initiatives; maintain project timelines and status updates
  • Support the preparation of regional business reviews, performance reports, and leadership presentations
  • Coordinate regional budget tracking and documentation in collaboration with Finance
  • Assist in planning and organizing regional events, customer visits, and leadership off-sites

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, International Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an executive assistant, management support, or administrative coordinator role
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) ;Strong organizational and communication skill
